Brief Description of the Project and Main Objectives

The objective of the project is to enhance the protection of child rights in earthquake-affected regions by increasing access to quality social protection and judicial support services for children and their caregivers, particularly those who are most vulnerable.

Achieved Results / Expected Outputs

  • Ensuring that quality child protection services are available and accessible to all children, especially those most affected by the earthquake and particularly vulnerable groups (construction of 4 multi-purpose child protection centers)

  • Adapting adequate, specialized, and timely child protection services to the specific needs of vulnerable children and their caregivers affected by the earthquakes

  • Ensuring that legal support services are available and accessible to all children and caregivers affected by the earthquake, including those in remote areas (procurement of 3 mobile service units)
