The aim of the evaluation activity is to review the projects that were or are being carried out in the Fundamental Rights Sub-Field, within the framework of the OECD Development Assistance Committee Criteria.

Projects are evaluated during or after the implementation phases, taking into account the criteria of “relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, long-term impact, sustainability and integration”.

Studies on the evaluation of projects carried out in the Fundamental Rights Sub-Field are carried out by the NIPAC, the Lead Institution and the EU Delegation to Türkiye.
