The Fundamental Rights Sub-Field Communications and Visibility Plan is prepared in accordance with the “Framework Agreement between Turkey and the European Commission on the Implementation of Financial Assistance to be Provided to the Republic of Turkey by the Union within the Framework of the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II)” as well as in line with the Fundamental Rights Sub-Field Implementation Manual.

The Department for Political Affairs carries out activities in accordance with the objectives set out in the Fundamental Rights Sub-Field Communication and Visibility Plan.
