The study visit to Belgium within the scope of the Technical Assistance for Strengthening Fundamental Rights Sector Coordination Project was held between 5-6 March 2024.

During the visits to the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction and Disaster Risk Management Knowledge Centre #DRMKC on the first day and to Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations and International Red Cross and Red Crescent Office in Europe on the second day, the views on disaster management and disaster risk reduction responsive to fundamental rights and gender equality were exchanged and opportunities for cooperation were discussed with the representatives of each organisation.
