In the context of the Strengthening Fundamental Rights Sector Coordination Project, the Personal Data Protection Workshop was conducted by Daniel Drewer, Data Protection Officer of Europol&Head of the Europol Data Protection Unit, on June 16, 2023. The training was attended by law enforcement officers and judiciary members.

The workshop provided information on the procedures to be followed in the processing of personal data by law enforcement and judicial officials, the technical and administrative measures that can be taken to protect personal data, and the role of data protection officers working in law enforcement and the judiciary.
