The second phase of the Adaptive Leadership Seminar, after the first phase in June, took place on September 6-7.

With the valuable contribution of Hugh O’Doherty Adjunct Lecturer at Harvard Kennedy School, the seminar covered tools of adaptive leadership and methods to deal with challenges as well as sharing various experiences encountered to date.
