The closing ceremony of the Technical Assistance for Strengthening

Fundamental Rights Sector Coordination Project was held on May 10, 2024, at CSO Ada Ankara, hosted by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for European Union Affairs, Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay.

The closing event, which was attended by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director for EU Affairs, Ambassador Mehmet Kemal Bozay and Head of the Delegation of the European Union to Türkiye Ambassador Nikolaus Meyer-Landrut, brought together the representatives from Directorate for EU Affairs- the lead institution in the IPA Fundamental Rights Sub-field, the EU Delegation to Türkiye, public institutions, civil society and international organisations.

During the event, the project results were shared and a panel on “Priority Areas and Sustainability Recommendations of Fundamental Rights Sector Coordination” moderated by the Directorate for EU Affairs was held.

After the reception following the closing remarks, the guests attended the Europe Day Concert co-hosted by the Directorate for EU Affairs, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Presidential Symphony Orchestra (CSO).
