The IPA Fundamental Rights Sector Coordination Platform meeting was held on February 18, 2025, with the participation of representatives from public institutions, civil society organizations, and international organizations, focusing on the agenda of women’s rights.

During the meeting, recent developments in the field of women’s rights in the EU and Türkiye were discussed. Projects on gender-responsive planning and budgeting, as well as combating violence against women, to be implemented by the Ministry of Family and Social Services and Turkish National Police within the scope of the 2024 programming, were also addressed.
