The Joint Sectoral Monitoring Committee Meeting covering fundamental rights and civil society—Lead Institution is the Directorate for EU Affairs—and the judiciary—Lead Institution is the Ministry of Justice, was co-chaired by the EU Delegation to Türkiye and the Directorate for EU Affairs, and held online on December 4, 2024.

The meeting was attended by representatives of the National IPA Coordinator (NIPAC), the Central Finance and Contracts Unit (CFCU), the National Authorising Officer from the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, the Audit Authority, beneficiary institutions, international organizations, and civil society organizations.

During the meeting, Committee members shared updates on progress in all three sectors and the current status of implementation processes. Project indicators and achievements were also discussed.
